They should not be considered flaws but rather part of the character and style of this piece!The order cannot be cancelled or refunded once it has been picked up by the carrier and in their possession unless item is significantly damaged upon arrival (scuffs or scratches not withstanding). The buyer must refuse the item and send back with carrier immediately. If buyer keeps the damaged item, the sale is final. Therefore, close inspection of the item should be done immediately by buyer upon arrival.
