As with all furniture and finishes, colors and tones will vary as lighting changes within the room.Also, the veneer may have some seams and some minor natural pits / knots which are of course natural occurrences in wood. The order cannot be cancelled or refunded once the veneer is selected and prepared. No refunds after the item has been picked up by the carrier and in their possession unless item is significantly damaged upon arrival (scuffs or scratches not withstanding). The buyer must refuse the item and send back with carrier immediately. If buyer keeps the damaged item, the sale is final. Therefore, close inspection of the item should be done immediately by buyer upon arrival. Also, no cancellations will be given due to extended production or delivery times.
