No cancellations or refunds after materials have been ordered or prepared.

No refunds after the item has been picked up by the carrier and in transit unless item is significantly damaged upon arrival (scuffs or scratches not withstanding).

It's imperative that customer provides a phone number upon order entry so carrier can contact customer to schedule delivery and both parties can be present to inspect item carefully. If significant damage is noted customer must refuse the item and send back with carrier immediately. Once the carrier departs, the sale is final. If customer is not present at delivery carrier will leave item on location. Any claims of damage or other issues are invalid thereafter and would need to be resolved with the carrier directly.

Also, no cancellations will be given due to extended production or delivery times.
